- 1 packet thinly sliced beef
Noodles
- 2 packets udon noodles
Vegetables & Aromatics
- ¼ onion, sliced
- 1 bunch bok choy
- 2 slices ginger, chopped
Sauce & Seasoning
- ½ tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp yumyum
Cooking Fat
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Instructions
- Start the Base
- Heat a wok over medium-high heat and add oil.
- Add sliced onion and stir-fry until softened and fragrant.
- Noodles In
- Add udon noodles to the wok.
- Toss gently with the onion until loosened and evenly mixed.
- Season
- Add dark soy sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce.
- Toss well so the noodles are evenly coated and glossy.
- Add the Beef
- Add thinly sliced beef to the wok.
- Toss briefly until the beef is just cooked through.
- Greens & Finish
- Add bok choy and ginger.
- Toss until the greens wilt slightly.
- Add sesame oil, sugar, and yumyum.
- Give everything a final mix to combine.
- Serve
- Remove from heat.
- Serve immediately while hot and bouncy.
